February 25th Birthdays

(1841) Pierre Renoir- He's remembered for expressing himself on canvas.  That's quite an accomplishment.

(1901) Zeppo Marx- The unsung Marx brother.

(1913) Jim Backus-  He's Mr. Howell or Mr. Magoo depending on your tastes.

(1917) Anthony Burgess- The man responsible for creating "A Clockwork Orange."  A great book adapted into a great movie by Stanley Kubrick.

(1943) George Harrison- He was a Beatle and that's the standard for cool.

(1949) Ric Flair- Jet flying, limo riding, kiss stealing son of a gun.  Whoo!!!

(1965) Brian Baker- He played in Minor Threat and Bad Religion.  If you're going to listen to punk music, you can't go far wrong with either of those bands.

(1971) Sean Astin- I liked his work in The Lord of the Rings.
