March 14th Birthdays

(1879) Albert Einstein- You've got to work damn hard to be considered one of the smartest people in the world.

(1920) Hank Ketcham- There was a time I loved Dennis the Menace cartoons.

(1933) Quincy Jones- This guy is prolific.  He: composed the theme for Sanford & Son; worked with Ole Blue Eyes; and produced Michael Jackson's first three solo albums.  That's a stunning resume.

(1945) Walter Parazaider- Chicago had some very nice musical moments, but this is another band I can't be bothered with trying to figure out who was in and who was out for any given song.

(1947) Billy Crystal- He's an SNL alumni and that's almost as cool as being a Beatle (although a lot less consistently entertaining.)

(1961) Gary Dell'Abate- Baba booey.  Baba booey.

(1961) Rey Washam- Ministry is an awesome act.

Ministry - Just One Fix

(1964) Mike Muir- He played for Suicidal Tendencies and Infectious Grooves.  Both projects produced great music.
